Zarda Seekh Kabab Ingredients

500 g - potatoes
Roasted
1 tsp (5 g) - finely chopped green chillies
2 tsp (10 g) - fried onions
4 tsp (20 g) - fried cashewnuts
2 tsp (10 g) - mint leaves
1 tsp (5 g) - garam masala powder
3 sprigs - coriander leaves chopped
2 tsp (10 g) - cornflour
salt to taste

Zarda Seekh Kabab Method

Put all the ingredients, except cornflour, in a mixing jar and grind till fine. Add cornflour for binding. Divide the mixture into lemon sized portions. Roll into cylindrical kababs along the greased skewers. Cook in a hot oven or over charcoal fire for eight to 10 minutes or till done. Slice and serve with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes
