Soy Omlet

Items required:

Maida - 1 cup
Soy flakes-1 cup
Tomato - 1
Onion-1
Ginger, garlic, mirchi paste-1 tsp
Salt- as desired
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Coriander- 1 tsp

Method

Method Soak soya flakes in hot water for five minutes drain the water .to this add maida and make it into a thick batter. Add tomato, onion paste, garlic, ginger and chilli paste, garam masala and coriander and salt. Spread it like dosa and fry till golden brown. Serve it hot with sauce or coconut chutney.
